At Alkurdi Auto Parts, we are committed to delivering genuine American auto parts directly to your door — whether you are in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, or anywhere else in the world. All of our products are sourced from trusted suppliers in the United States and shipped internationally through our third-party logistics partner, Shipproo.
Because of the nature of our multi-step international shipping process, we ask all customers to read this policy carefully and to approach their order with patience. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
2. How Our Shipping Works
Our shipping process involves multiple stages. Here is what happens after you place your order:
1- Order Confirmation & Sourcing
Your order is confirmed and we begin sourcing your part(s) from our trusted US suppliers. This typically takes 1–5 business days depending on part availability.
2- US Warehouse Consolidation
Once received from the supplier, your item is sent to our US warehouse facility where it is inspected, consolidated if needed, and prepared for international export. This adds approximately 1-2 business days.
3- International Shipment via Shipproo
Your package is handed to Shipproo, our third-party shipping partner, for international transit from the US to your destination country. Shipproo manages all customs documentation and export procedures.
4- Customs Clearance & Local Delivery
Upon arrival, the shipment goes through customs clearance, then is handed to a local carrier for final delivery to your address.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs. The following are general guidelines from the date of order confirmation:
Saudi Arabia: 5 – 7 Business Days
GCC: 5 – 7 Business Days
Other Arab Countries: 5 – 7 Business Days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
For orders within Saudi Arabia, the shipping cost will be displayed or communicated before you confirm your order.
For orders outside Saudi Arabia, shipping costs must be requested via our WhatsApp support channel before placing an order, as website checkout is available for Saudi Arabia only.
For large or heavy items such as crate engines, suspension kits, or full exhaust systems, shipping costs may be significantly higher. Please contact us for a specific quote.
All shipping costs are in addition to the product price, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. VAT, Duties & Customs
For orders delivered to Saudi Arabia: the product price is inclusive of VAT and import duty. There are no additional charges at delivery.
For orders shipped to countries outside Saudi Arabia, any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country and are not pre-paid by Alkurdi Auto Parts for international orders.
Shipproo prepares and submits all necessary export and customs documentation on our behalf. However, clearance times are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.
We strongly recommend that international customers check their country’s import regulations for auto parts before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from the US warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
Tracking is provided through Shipproo’s system and/or the local delivery carrier in your country.
Our team proactively sends updates at major stages: supplier dispatch, US warehouse receipt, international departure.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate on your behalf.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays beyond our control, including:
Supplier stock delays or part unavailability at time of sourcing.
Delays at the US warehouse due to high order volume or inspection requirements.
Shipproo operational delays, carrier backlogs, or route disruptions.
Customs holds, inspections, or documentation issues at the destination country.
Public holidays, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.
In all cases, our team will communicate any known delays promptly and continue to follow up on your shipment.
8. International Orders
Alkurdi Auto Parts ships worldwide. However, orders from countries outside Saudi Arabia must be arranged through our customer support team and cannot be placed directly via the website.
International customers must contact us on WhatsApp at +966 59 481 6675 to receive a shipping quote, confirm availability, and complete their order.
Payment for international orders will be arranged individually via WhatsApp.
International shipping rates and timelines will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with Shipproo to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be raised within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
10. Special Orders/ Spare parts
Orders requested over WhatsApp for spare parts or parts that are not listed on our website AND not an official authorized reseller or a dealer will be charged shipping upon receiving the item in our warehouse.
VAT or Duty is the customers sole responsibility upon delivery and Alkurdi Auto Parts is not responsible to pay it.
