We are an authorized dealer and reseller for the brands listed on our website, allowing us to facilitate returns and warranty claims on your behalf through those manufacturers. We also offer the ability to order parts not listed on our website upon customer request; however, these special and custom orders are subject to different terms. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Alkurdi Auto Parts is an authorized dealer or reseller for all brands listed on our website. For parts purchased from these brands, we will act as your point of contact and facilitate return requests with the manufacturer on your behalf. All returns remain subject to the manufacturer’s approval and their applicable return terms.
For parts ordered at the customer’s request that are not listed on our website, Alkurdi Auto Parts offers no independent return or exchange guarantee. Any return of a special or custom order must be requested through us, and all associated fees — including but not limited to return shipping, restocking fees, and any handling charges imposed by the manufacturer or distributor will be passed on in full to the customer. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or distributor.
Regardless of part type, the following conditions must be met for a return to be considered:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs at the time of initiating a return, regardless of part type.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Alkurdi Auto Parts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee starting at 15% of the original purchase price.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a return request for any part, please follow these steps:
Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused. Alkurdi Auto Parts will not be held responsible for unapproved returns.
Once the manufacturer or distributor has received, inspected, and approved the return:
As an authorized dealer and reseller for the brands listed on our website, Alkurdi Auto Parts can facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf. Any warranty coverage is provided solely by the manufacturer and is governed by their warranty terms and conditions. Alkurdi Auto Parts makes no independent warranty representations and has no authority to override a manufacturer’s warranty decision.
The existence, duration, and terms of any manufacturer warranty will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase where available. Warranty processing times vary by manufacturer and are outside the control of Alkurdi Auto Parts.
Alkurdi Auto Parts offers no warranty of any kind on special or custom orders (parts not listed on our website). These parts are ordered exclusively at the customer’s request. Any potential warranty claim would need to be pursued directly by the customer with the manufacturer. Alkurdi Auto Parts assumes no responsibility for the performance, fitness, or durability of special order parts.
To submit a warranty claim for a part purchased from one of our authorized brands:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alkurdi Auto Parts shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use a purchased part, including but not limited to lost profits, vehicle downtime, or labor costs. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the part in question.
Exchanges are subject to the same manufacturer authorization process and eligibility requirements as returns. A restocking fee starting at 15% applies to all exchanges. For special and custom orders, all fees including shipping and restocking are fully borne by the customer and are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange request.
If you receive a part that is visibly damaged in transit or does not match your order, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and part. We will work with the manufacturer or shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible for resolution.
Please retain all original packaging materials, as they are required for freight damage claims.
