Return & Warranty Policy

First: Purchase Orders ( Over Whatsapp)

1. The customer must enter the delivery address accurately in English and provide correct contact details to ensure successful delivery.

2. The customer bears full responsibility for any fees or charges resulting from:

   • Refusal to receive the shipment

   • Inability to contact the customer

   • Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address

3. Prices Doesn’t include VAT or Customs or shipping, it will be calculated before shipping. 

   An example of taxes wil be:

   • Value Added Tax (VAT) 15%

   • Customs duties 5% ( For 1000+ Saudi Riyal)
     These fees are to be paid upon delivery to the air carrier’s representative.

   • OR it can be prepaid before shipping

4. Customers are advised to verify product compatibility and consult specialists before placing the order to avoid return costs.

5. Alkurdi Auto Parts is not responsible for any warranty offered by any manufacturer. Unless stated otherwise.

Second: Website Orders

Warranty Policy

1. Our store does not provide a direct warranty. All products sold are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all costs related to returning the shipment, after which the product will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection.

3. A refund will be issued only after:

   • The manufacturer completes the inspection

   • The manufacturer officially confirms the existence of a manufacturing defect

   If the manufacturer does not approve the claim of a manufacturing defect, the customer will bear all shipping and inspection costs, including returning the product back to the customer.
