At Alkurdi Auto Parts, every order goes through a carefully managed process to ensure your parts arrive safely, correctly, and on time. We ship genuine American auto parts directly from the United States to Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf region. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we handle, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Overview
At Alkurdi Auto Parts, we are committed to delivering genuine American auto parts directly to your door — whether you are in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, or anywhere else in the world. All of our products are sourced from trusted US suppliers and shipped internationally through our dedicated logistics partner.
Because of the nature of our multi-step international shipping process, we ask all customers to read this policy carefully. We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage of your order.
2. How Our Shipping Works
Your order goes through the following stages after confirmation:
Step 1 — Order Confirmation & Sourcing Your order is confirmed and we begin sourcing your part from our trusted US suppliers. This typically takes 1–5 business days depending on part availability.
Step 2 — US Warehouse Consolidation Once received from the supplier, your item is sent to our US warehouse where it is inspected, consolidated if needed, and prepared for international export. This adds approximately 1–2 business days.
Step 3 — International Shipment Your package is handed to our logistics partner for international transit from the US to your destination country. All customs documentation and export procedures are handled on your behalf.
Step 4 — Customs Clearance & Local Delivery Upon arrival, your shipment goes through customs clearance, then is handed to a local carrier for final delivery to your address.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The following are general guidelines from the date of order confirmation. Actual delivery may vary based on destination, part availability, and customs clearance.
Saudi Arabia: 9–21 business days
GCC Countries (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 9–21 business days
Other Arab Countries & International: 11–25 business days
All estimated delivery dates are also displayed on individual product pages at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
For orders within Saudi Arabia, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
For orders outside Saudi Arabia (Within GCC), shipping costs are available and displayed before placing an order.
For large or heavy items such as crate engines, suspension kits, or full exhaust systems, shipping costs may be significantly higher. Please contact us for a specific quote before ordering.
All shipping costs are in addition to the product price, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. VAT, Duties & Customs
For orders delivered within Saudi Arabia, all product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 15% VAT. There are no additional VAT or duty charges applied at the time of delivery for standard website orders.
For orders shipped to countries outside Saudi Arabia, any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not pre-paid by Alkurdi Auto Parts for international orders.
Our logistics partner prepares and submits all necessary export and customs documentation on our behalf. However, customs clearance times are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are outside our control.
We strongly recommend that international customers check their country’s import regulations for auto parts before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from the US warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
Our team proactively sends updates at the following stages: supplier dispatch confirmation, US warehouse receipt, and international departure.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate on your behalf.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, the following circumstances may cause delays beyond our direct control:
— Supplier stock delays or part unavailability at time of sourcing — Delays at the US warehouse due to high order volume or inspection requirements — Carrier backlogs or route disruptions — Customs holds, inspections, or documentation issues at the destination country — Public holidays, natural events, or force majeure circumstances
In all cases, our team will communicate any known delays promptly and continue to follow up on your shipment until it is resolved.
8. International Orders
Alkurdi Auto Parts ships worldwide. Orders from countries outside Saudi Arabia and GCC must be arranged through our customer support team and cannot be placed directly via the website.
International customers should contact us on WhatsApp at +966 59 481 6675 to receive a shipping quote, confirm availability, and complete their order. Shipping rates, timelines, and payment for international orders will all be communicated and confirmed before any order is processed.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be raised within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
10. Special & Custom Orders (WhatsApp Orders)
Parts ordered via WhatsApp that are not listed on our website and are not part of our authorized dealer catalogue will be charged shipping upon arrival at our US warehouse. This charge will be communicated to you before the order is dispatched.
For WhatsApp-based special orders shipped to destinations outside Saudi Arabia, any applicable VAT, import duty, or customs fees upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
